This was a very simple project. The crawl space had a functioning liner. It was not our product, but it was doing what needed to be done - keeping humidity down. The new homeowner wanted to add in our SilverGlo insulation panels and a SaniDry XP dehumidifier. They did this to make their existing system operate better. We were happy to oblige!

Hello, I'd like to get an estimate for a crawl space repair. We recently moved into a house in Hackettstown and the crawl space has some moisture and mildew.

Would like a consultation regarding our basement which takes on light amounts of water during heavy rains. The property in general has drainage problems with existing gutters/downspout locations. Two separate locations in basement have issues: One is coming under the sill at a window, one appears to be coming through the wall. Previous owner did some very bootleg attempt to mitigate. I am interested in potential sump basins and/or internal french drain as needed, as well as possibly usage of window wells to alleviate. Best days for me are alternating Fridays such as 10/22 or 11/5 but can make almost anything work.
