The homeowners were having an issue with a crumbling foundation and dampness due to a dirt crawlspace. We repaired the foundation, added an entry door to the crawlspace and installed Cleanspace and Silverglo.
We recieved a call from a homeowner that was concerned with their existing lally columns. Our team went into the home, and replaced all of the lally columns. As a result, this the home's structural integrity has been enhanced.
This homeowner gave us a call because they found a crack in their foundation that was allowing water into their home. Our team of experts did a crack injection to repair the crack in the basement wall. After, we painted over it, along with the rest of the basement to give it a more finished look. Good job team!
This homeowner called because they were tired of getting water in their basement every time it rained. The water was coming from the footing joint. In order to solve this problem the team installed a WaterGaurd system and a SuperSump.
As you can see here our team got into tight spaces and were careful to avoid existing pipes when installing this WaterGaurd system to make the homowners went basement nightmare into a dream basement!
