Photo Album: Solving a humidity problem in Washington NJ
This homeowner called us because they had a humidity problem and were considering painting their floors with a waterproof paint as a solution. After talking with the homeowner we came to the conclusion that painting the floors would not be the correct arrpoach infact installing a dehumidifer would be the best solution to the problem. We also fixed a wall crack that had previsouly been epoxied which is not the proper solution to the problem.
Before
Here you can see the epoxy coating on the crack this is not a solution to the problem because it does not create an impenetrable seal.
During
We injected the wall with a water activated urethane injection system. This system pennatrates deep into the wall crack and creates a perfect seal
After
Once we remove the excess foam from the wall we clean the area thoroughly to leave the work area in better shape then when we arrived.
