Challenge

It is evident by the stains in the foundation that water intrusion is occurring.

Solution

When we simply have seepage, without hydrostatic pressure pushing up through the slab, and a slab 4"-5" above the footing, the perfect solution is a TrenchDrain, SuperSump, SaniDry Sedona. The TrenchDrain ties the WaterGuard system together.
