a note from one of our customers: This is to Sean- I want to thank you for your battery back up system. It worked. For 12-14 hours it pumped out the water, then it died. The installation was a day and I feel protected in the event of flooding and the humidity in the basement has been controlled...I had mold in the basement. I purchased a Sani Dry to cut the humidity there and it has done the job. I additionally added a sump pump in case water were to flood the basement.
